"Tree From Poltergeist Movie Speaks Out: Blames Bad Behavior on Neglectful Previous Owner"

Residents of a quiet suburban neighborhood were left in shock after a tree, made infamous for its aggressive behavior in the classic horror film “Poltergeist,” came forward to plead for forgiveness and to place the blame for its actions on neglect from his careless owner.

The tree, which had been terrorizing the Freeling family and attempting to eat their young son, explained that it had been traumatized by years of neglect and poor maintenance by its previous owner “I was never trimmed or properly cared for,” the tree said in a statement. “I was left to grow wild and unchecked, and it made me bitter and resentful.”

The tree went on to express jealousy towards the other trees in the neighborhood, who were all well-maintained and in immaculate condition thanks to CalWest Tree Services. “I had been frustrated for decades,” the tree said. “I regret my actions and hope to do better in the future.”

“Had we known about the horrible condition it was in, we would have offered to trim and clean it up free of charge.” the owner of CalWest tree Services stated, “CalWest Tree Services prides itself on ensuring that every tree in the neighborhood is well-maintained and healthy. But unfortunately, the previous owner had not seen fit to call us for help, leaving the tree to suffer in silence for decades.”

The tree now pleads with the neighborhood to forgive its actions and understand that it was never truly in control of its own actions. It hopes that in the future, homeowners will be more mindful of the well-being of their trees and reach out to CalWest Tree Services for help.

Because no tree should ever have to suffer like it did.
